If you’ve been a student of metaphysics for any length of time, you probably know that there are hosts of friendly powers and beings just waiting to help you create anything you want in your life. The problem is, most of us get so busy with the details of everyday life that we completely forget to ask to for help. We cease to connect with the higher in our lives altogether.
What can we do about this sad state of affairs, and how can we get the help we need to create what we want in life? The easiest thing we can do is create simple daily rituals that help us connect with those friendly powers and beings. Whether we meditate, do yoga, read inspirational books, or just take a walk, doing daily rituals creates a doorway through which higher help can enter our lives.
These rituals become a maypole, a central focus in our lives that keeps us grounded and in touch with spirit guides and helpers. No matter what’s going in your life, you’ll find that if you stick to your ritual practice, you will have a much better chance of getting the help you need to get what you want in life. Esoteric teachers are fond of saying, “If you take care of your practice, it will take care of you.”

Stephanie Yeh, currently living in Colorado, is co-founder of the Esoteric School of Shamanism and Magic. Through this online school she helps clients use magical and shamanic techniques to manifest their desires. Stephanie has also spent many years in the business world in marketing, sales, consulting, and training. She has consulted with major corporations around the world, including Fannie Mae, Acer, Tatung, Children’s Hospital of Dallas, and Intergraph on human resource management, process reengineering, and technology assessment. She has coached numerous corporate executives and small business owners on business strategy and management. She was editor of “Zero Time: Providing Instant Customer Value-Every Time, All the Time!” and currently publishes several weekly electronic magazines. She is also currently the president of Zero Time Publishing.
Currently Stephanie continues her quest to share information with her latest project, a free teleconference series sponsored by the Esoteric School on a variety of magickal and shamanic topics with guest speakers from different spiritual communities.
