Feng Shui and Huna
 Hello!
I am Arlyn MacDonald, Certified Huna Counselor/Teacher and an ordained minister. I have been studying and practicing Huna for the past 30 years and have published three books, and several booklets, which apply the ancient Huna teachings to modern living.
I am also a Feng Shui Consultant helping people achieve balance and harmony in their lives through this ancient Chinese art.Through my spiritual counseling practice in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, I currently teach self-discovery and alternative healing classes as well as give annual Huna workshops and seminars.
About Arlyn MacDonald
A mother of four children, two step-children and grandmother of eleven, Arlyn MacDonald has an intense passion for learning about human development. Her first two books apply Huna to the modern understanding of human development. She continues to write and research how Huna can impact individuals in modern society and provides spiritual and Huna counseling in person, by telephone or by email.
During her varied career, Macdonald has been Co-Editor of Mothering magazine, a childbirth educator and lay midwife. She is the founder of Inner Power and Light Company and currently teaches self-discovery and alternative healing classes.
She has a B.A. in Community Arts and Nonprofit Management from Loretto Heights University in Denver, Colorado. Graduating from the Albert Grier School for Ministerial Studies in 1997, she was ordained a minister of the Church of Truth in Pasadena, California.
Her other memberships include: The Whole Life Network, the International New Thought Alliance, the Institute for Noetic Sciences, the Church of Truth Ministerial Association, and the American Business Women's Association.

About Feng Shui
Feng Shui is the ancient Chinese art and science of balance and harmony. Balance and harmony are qualities of the Unihipili or subconscious self. The study and practice of Feng Shui allow the talents of the subconscious self to more fully develop. By reaching out with your intuition to "feel" the flow of energy, you are practicing reaching out with the aka finger of your Unihipili to give more information to your Uhane about the environment you are creating.
A Feng Shui Tip from Arlyn:
Living plants add good energy to any room. To bring up the chi, the good energy, add a plant to your space. If you don't have a green thumb, you can use a silk plant if you put 8 tablespoons of real dirt in the pot to bring it alive. While dried flower and plant arrangements are beautiful, they still represent dead energy, so choose live or silk.
