My intention in this class is to learn new paradigms in my observation of "reality." That allows me more options and choices that I never had in my life before. A good technique is grounding out fire energy, which for me is often in the form of anger. When I was nearing explosion in an argument with my wife, rather than continue on that path, I went and laid down on the floor, put my bare feet on the range, blew red orange (anger) out of me until it was like, "OK I don't need to do this blow up. There are lots of other choices." I didn't escalate the fight any further it was wonderful. It was a change as much in the energy as in the dialogue. My wife is really sensitive to energy. After I had flowed out the red orange, she said, "OK, something's different." We ended up tabling the discussion for later instead of continuing the fight. I was so glad we learned to ground out our anger by hugging the refrigerator or flowing into the range. I didn't actually feel the anger leave me, but suddenly I felt the effect of it leaving. At first, I'm steamin' mad, the floor is cold, the range is cold. Suddenly it was like "Ahhhh
" and the anger left me. If I told my friends about this experience, they would laugh so hard and ask me, "What planet are you from?" These magical practices work great!
